HDI is FQC's flagship capability and the reason most buyers find us. Twelve SKUs spanning blind/buried via stackups from 8 to 30 layers, including 2nd / 3rd / 4th-order any-layer constructions. This is the work that goes into smartphones, AR/VR headsets, AI accelerator modules and dense industrial controllers — projects where every routing channel has to count and where Tier-1 China lead times have stopped working. We run laser drilling, sequential lamination and electroplated via fill in-house in Thailand, so a US or Japanese OEM can keep an HDI program off the China-tariff list without rewriting their stackup.
