Transportation Vehicle HDI PCB

An 8-layer HDI PCB designed for transportation vehicle electronics, built on Panasonic R-1566W mid-Tg laminate at 1.6±0.16mm thickness. The board acts as the central interconnect for vehicle controllers, sensor arrays, communication modules and motor drive electronics, supporting both real-time control loops and telematics data exchange. The HDI stackup squeezes a multi-domain ECU into a compact form factor while keeping return paths short, which matters for vehicles where EMI from motors and switching converters can corrupt sensor and CAN bus data. R-1566W gives a mid-150°C Tg, sufficient mechanical strength and good processing tolerance for cost-sensitive automotive volumes. Used in commercial vehicle controllers, public-transit telematics units, EV body-control modules, fleet-tracking gateways and other in-vehicle electronics.
