Medical UV Sterilization Lamp PCB

A 4-layer HDI PCB designed for medical ultraviolet sterilization lamps, built on S1000-2M FR-4 with a board thickness of 2.0±0.2mm. The board carries the UV-LED driver, current regulation, timing logic and safety interlocks for anti-inflammatory and germicidal lighting fixtures used in hospitals, clinics and laboratories. The HDI stackup keeps the driver section compact while allowing wide copper pours under the LED array for thermal spreading, which is critical because UV-LEDs degrade quickly when junction temperature drifts. Plated through-holes handle component leads while inner-layer routing isolates the high-current LED rails from low-voltage timing circuitry. Typical end uses include surgical room sterilizers, dental UV cabinets, lab instrument disinfection units and animal-health stations.
