Metal Core PCB
Metal core PCBs (MCPCB) are FQC's thermal-management workhorse for high-power LED lighting, EV charging modules and motor drivers. The aluminum or copper substrate dumps heat that an FR-4 board can't, dropping junction temperatures by 30-40°C in typical lighting applications. Several SKUs use thermally-conductive dielectric layers rated 2-3 W/mK, which is the spec EV-charger and automotive-lighting buyers look for. Manufactured on a dedicated metal-substrate line so we don't have to context-switch presses between FR-4 and metal builds.
