Copper-Base PCB for Printer

A 2-layer copper-base PCB for printer hardware, 1.57mm thick with OSP finish. The copper base sinks heat from print-head drivers, stepper motor controllers, and high-current solenoids, which keeps internal temperatures stable during long print jobs. Stable temperatures are critical inside printers because thermal drift in the drive circuitry translates directly into mechanical positioning errors and inconsistent ink or toner deposition. The 2-layer construction routes drive signals on the front side and uses the copper plane underneath both as a low-impedance return and as a heat spreader, which reduces ground bounce on stepper drive lines. OSP finish supports high-volume reflow assembly typical of printer mainboards. Typical use in laser printers, inkjet print heads, label printers, 3D printer mainboards, industrial barcode printers, and other office and IoT-connected hardcopy devices where thermal stability drives print quality.
