Stainless Steel 304 PCB

A stainless steel 304 metal-core PCB built on TC-F22 dielectric, 1.1±0.10mm thick with ENIG finish. The 304 stainless steel base gives the board a corrosion-resistant carrier that survives harsh chemical, marine, and outdoor environments where aluminum or copper bases would corrode. Stainless steel also has a coefficient of thermal expansion closer to many ceramics and large LED packages than aluminum, which reduces solder fatigue under repeated thermal cycling. ENIG finish supports fine-pitch SMT and provides a flat, oxidation-resistant pad surface compatible with both LED reflow and wire bonding. The TC-F22 dielectric provides controlled thermal conductivity from the components down to the steel base. Typical use in industrial sensor modules, outdoor lighting, marine electronics, food-grade equipment, automotive sensor housings, and any module exposed to humidity, salt spray, or aggressive cleaning.
