
A 2-layer hybrid PCB for industrial control detectors, built on S1150GB laminate with an embedded copper bar at 1.3±0.17mm thickness and OSP finish. The embedded copper bar carries the high steady-state and surge currents needed by current sensors, shunt detectors, and power-line monitoring front-ends, while the surrounding circuitry handles signal conditioning and digital interfaces. S1150GB's high-Tg dielectric keeps insulation properties stable at the elevated temperatures common in switchgear cabinets and motor control centers. The 2-layer construction keeps cost low for high-volume sensor cards while still allowing tight ground-loop control around the shunt path. OSP finish gives flat solder joints suitable for SMT-only assembly. Typical use in industrial current sensors, energy meters, motor monitoring nodes, breaker control cards, and power-quality probes deployed on factory and grid equipment.
