Copper-Base Industrial Power Control PCB

A 4-layer copper-base metal-core PCB built on 00A-50N copper substrate with ENIG surface finish, sized for industrial power control modules. The copper base offers thermal conductivity well above aluminum, which lets the board dissipate heat directly from MOSFET, IGBT, and SiC packages without external heatsinks in many designs. The 4-layer stack provides isolated routing for gate-drive, sensing, and protection logic above the copper plane, reducing crosstalk between switching nodes and analog feedback. ENIG finish gives flat pads suitable for fine-pitch controllers and large power footprints on the same panel. Typical use cases include industrial DC-DC converters, motor drives, soft-starters, EV charger sub-modules, traction inverter control cards, and any high-density power module where copper-base thermal performance is required to meet continuous duty ratings.
