
A double-sided metal-core PCB on FR-4 dielectric over an aluminum substrate, 1.0±0.10mm thick with ENIG finish and 2oz copper. The metal base sinks heat from protection MOSFETs and current-sense resistors that would otherwise stress the cells. Used in lithium-ion battery packs for EVs, e-bikes, power tools, energy-storage modules, and consumer electronics.
