A double-sided aluminum-core PCB on ST115GB dielectric, 1.6±0.16mm thick with ENIG finish and 2oz copper. Designed for marine engine and steering control panels where the chassis is the heatsink and salt-spray exposure demands a corrosion-resistant ENIG surface. Carries motor-drive MOSFETs, ignition relays, and DC/DC converters for boat control units.
