Thermal Conductive Copper-Base PCB

A single-sided copper-core PCB built on VT-4B5 dielectric at 1.8±0.18mm total thickness, designed for thermally aggressive LED and power circuits. The copper base has thermal conductivity several times higher than aluminum, which pulls heat directly from LED packages, MOSFETs, and driver ICs into the chassis without intermediate heat-spreader hardware. VT-4B5 dielectric provides controlled vertical thermal conductivity from the trace layer down to the copper, while still maintaining the dielectric strength required for line-voltage LED and converter circuits. The single-layer routing keeps cost low for high-volume lighting and small-form-factor power assemblies. Typical use in high-brightness LED arrays, COB modules, automotive headlights and tail lights, EV charging indicator panels, halogen replacements, industrial high-bay luminaires, and any compact module where thermal performance is the dominant design driver.
