A single-sided aluminum-core PCB built on ST115GB dielectric over an aluminum substrate at 1.2±0.12mm thickness with ENIG finish. The aluminum core acts as an integrated radiator, conducting heat from LEDs, drivers, and small power devices into the chassis without a separate heatsink in many enclosures. The ST115GB dielectric layer is thin enough to keep junction-to-base thermal resistance low while maintaining dielectric strength against LED drive voltages. ENIG surface finish supports reliable LED reflow and protects pad surfaces over the full life of high-cycle lighting products. The 1.2mm thickness balances rigidity with material cost for high-volume luminaires. Typical use in indoor and outdoor LED lighting, automotive interior and signal lights, signage modules, smart-home lighting, appliance backlights, and any consumer or industrial product where thermal handling is required without dedicated heatsink hardware.
