Aluminum Base Board

A single-sided aluminum-core PCB built on ST115GB thermally conductive dielectric over an aluminum substrate, 1.6±0.16mm thick with HASL finish and 1oz copper. The aluminum core conducts heat from LEDs and small power devices directly into the chassis without a separate heatsink. Used in LED lamps, automotive lighting, switch-mode power supplies, and motor drives.
