A single-sided aluminum-core PCB on ST115GB dielectric, 1.5±0.15mm thick with HASL finish, profiled to a non-rectangular outline (round, fan-shaped, ring, or arc) by routing. Targets ring-shaped LED downlights, circular automotive position lights, fan-blade lighting, and other fixtures where the lamp housing dictates a custom board outline.
