Sandwich Aluminum PCB

A double-sided sandwich-construction aluminum-core PCB with FR-4 dielectric on both sides of an aluminum core, 1.6±0.16mm overall thickness with ENIG finish and 1oz copper. The buried aluminum sheet provides a planar heat spreader between two routing layers, allowing components on both sides to share the same thermal mass. Used in dense LED lighting modules, motor drivers, and dual-side power assemblies.
