20-Layer Multilayer PCB

A 20-layer multilayer PCB classified by substrate layer count, supporting high-speed digital, mixed-signal and high-pin-count designs that exceed the routing capacity of lower layer boards. Twenty functional layers allow strict separation of power planes, ground planes and signal planes, with multiple controlled-impedance reference layers stacked through the board. This shortens critical signal paths, improves return-current behavior on high-speed nets and gives the layout team room to break out fine-pitch BGAs without resorting to full HDI laser-via construction. Sequential lamination and tight layer registration are required to control impedance, crosstalk and yield across the full stack. Suited to telecom line cards, datacenter switch and storage boards, AI server modules, industrial controllers and high-end audio or video processing equipment.
