A 4-layer high-speed PCB on WL-CT440 (t1.5) low-loss laminate, 1.6±0.16mm thick, with 0.35mm minimum PTH drill and hole copper averaging 20um (18um minimum). WL-CT440 is a high-speed FR-4 grade with controlled Dk and Df suited for >10GHz signaling, so the board sits between commodity FR-4 and Rogers-class material in both performance and cost. The four-layer signal/ground/power/signal stack supports controlled-impedance differential routing for switch backplanes, line cards, and SerDes-based interfaces. Sihui Fuji ships this board in small, medium, and large lots with samples available within 3–5 days. Typical uses: telecom and switch line cards, datacenter interconnect, automotive ADAS communication boards, medical imaging signal paths, and aerospace data buses.
