A 2-layer high-frequency PCB on Rogers RO4350B (Dk 3.48, Df 0.0037 at 10GHz), 0.83±0.083mm thick with immersion silver finish. RO4350B is a hydrocarbon-ceramic laminate with stable dielectric performance from L-band through mmWave, low insertion loss, and a thermal expansion coefficient close to copper, which keeps via reliability under aggressive thermal cycling. This board targets frequencies above 1GHz, where signal integrity, low transmission loss, and electromagnetic stability matter more than cost. The thin core and immersion silver finish keep skin-effect losses low and preserve solderability for fine-pitch RF parts. Typical applications include 5G antennas and front-end modules, automotive 77GHz radar, satellite communication, and defense radio systems.
