A 4-layer mixed-material PCB combining Rogers RO3003 RF laminate with Isola 370HR FR-4, 1.19±0.12mm thick, with minimum 0.20mm PTH drill, outer-layer finished copper above 43um, and impedance controlled to ±5%. RO3003 is a ceramic-filled PTFE substrate with stable Dk near 3.0 across temperature and frequency, suitable for 24GHz and 77GHz automotive radar and 5G mmWave; 370HR adds high Tg and CAF resistance for the digital and power layers. The hybrid balances performance and cost: low-loss RF material only where signals need it. Sihui Fuji controls impedance tolerance, hole copper, and lamination registration tightly. Used in 24/77GHz automotive radar, 5G base-station and CPE, microwave point-to-point links, satellite and avionics radios.
