Industrial Automation Coil PCB

A 4-layer coil PCB on S1000H, 0.7±0.1mm thick, designed to replace wire-wound inductors with planar etched coils for solenoid valves, relays, electromagnets, and current sensors in industrial automation. Etching the coil into copper traces gives tight geometric tolerance, repeatable inductance from board to board, and a flat profile that ships and assembles like any SMT component. The four-layer construction stacks coils for higher turns count without growing the footprint, and offers shielding planes between coils to suppress crosstalk. The board needs high withstand voltage and high anti-interference performance to operate near drives and motors. Used in industrial control systems, factory robots, EV power-train sensors, smart grid current sensors, and instrumentation where wire-wound parts cannot meet size or repeatability targets.
