What is the difference between electroplating and resin hole plugged? ①Different surface Electroplating hole-plugged is to fill the through hole by copper plating, and the surface of the hole is full of metal, while resin hole-plugged is to fill the through hole wall with epoxy resin after copper plating, and finally copper plating on the resin surface. The effect is that the hole can be conductive, and the surface is free of dents, which does not affect welding. ②Different production process Electroplating hole-plugged is to fill the through hole directly through electroplating without any gap. After the hole wall is copper-plated, the resin hole-plugged is filled with epoxy resin to fill the hole, and finally the surface is copper-plated. ③Different prices The oxidation resistance of electroplating is good, but the process requirements are high and the price is expensive. The resin has good insulation and is cheap.
