For the manufacturing industry, if we want to achieve sustainable development and profitability, we need to move towards standardization and scale. Take PCB manufacturing as an example. As we all know, PCB is an essential electronic component in electronic products. Whether we use mobile phones, computers, smart appliances or large-scale industrial manufacturing equipment, PCB are essential carriers of electronic devices. In the manufacturing process of PCB, the more layers of PCB, the more complex the process, and the longer the production time and process of PCB. And different processes are interconnected. Any change point may lead to changes in parameters of other processes. Therefore, in order to avoid this kind of similar situation, we have formulated strict system standards to control all links of production, so as to avoid quality risks. In the actual production process, we encountered an example like this. After we finished producing a board, we found that the semi-soft area could not be bent, resulting in the scrapping of the entire production batch. Through investigation, it is found that the reason is that the residual thickness of the control depth zone is too thick during the shape processing. Under normal circumstances, it is no problem to process according to the set parameters. However, in order to solve the problem of pressing holes and bubbles, the pressing process has added copper on the board (the finished product does not affect the customer's product requirements and quality), resulting in changes in the thickness of the substrate. The thickness of the depth control area required by the customer is 0.22-0.32mm, and the actual residual thickness becomes 0.37mm. !info-174-245 !info-158-271 Through section analysis, it is found that the thickness of L6 layer is not reduced by external processing. From the case above, we can make a conclusion: 1.For the manufacturing industry, the operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the standard process. If there is any change, the system process must be strictly followed. 2. The production process is a whole, and any change in the production process may affect other processes. Therefore, after any process change, it is necessary to contact the relevant processes. Manufacturing is a whole, and we should have all the concept. 3. Changes will bring quality risks, any changes need to be strictly inspected and controlled by the quality department. Our philosophy is to focus on customers and provide solutions for customers. Customers trust us very much and deliver the substrate to us for production. What we need to do is to provide customers with high-quality products and deliver products on time, quality and quantity. It is forbidden to bring problems to customers due to internal factors.
