Vehicular Measurement Radar Board

A printed circuit board built to host a vehicular radar front-end for inter-vehicle distance measurement and forward sensing. The board is designed for the millimeter-wave or microwave bands typical of automotive radar, with controlled-impedance traces, low-loss substrate stack-up, and shielding to minimize spurious emissions and crosstalk between transmit and receive paths. Routing supports the antenna feedlines and the analog front end while keeping digital baseband and supply noise isolated, which is critical for accurate distance and velocity measurement. The board operates over the temperature range and shock/vibration profile required for vehicle qualification. Typical uses include adaptive cruise control, blind spot detection, collision avoidance, lane-change assist, and other ADAS functions, as well as fleet management telematics that depend on reliable distance sensing for driver safety.
