A 2-layer single-sided aluminum-core PCB built for automotive power applications, with 0.8±0.1mm thickness combining a thin aluminum base, dielectric, and patterned copper. The aluminum core conducts heat directly from power switching components into the vehicle chassis or dedicated heatsink, supporting compact thermal designs in BMS power stages, DC-DC converters, on-board chargers, and EV traction-auxiliary supplies. Typical deployments cover headlight LED drivers, electric water pumps, HVAC blower controllers, and seat-heating power modules in passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The thin 0.8mm profile reduces module height inside crowded under-dash and engine-bay enclosures, while two layers of copper give enough routing space for both gate-drive control logic and the high-current power loop on the same board.
