Vehicle Camera Circuit Board

A 6-layer vehicle camera PCB on S1000-2M, 1.2mm thick with +0.05/-0.10mm thickness tolerance and ±0.075mm outline tolerance. The tight mechanical tolerances are required because the board has to drop into a tightly machined camera barrel and align with the lens stack within microns to hold focus across temperature. Six layers give enough routing depth for image sensor lanes, control bus, power, and EMI shielding without spilling onto external layers. S1000-2M offers stable Dk and low loss for the high-speed video links typical of ADAS cameras, and it stands up to under-hood thermal cycling. Typical uses are surround-view systems, driver-monitor cameras, rear-view cameras, ADAS forward-facing modules, and other vehicle vision applications where mechanical fit and signal integrity must both be hit.
