Vehicle Antenna Circuit Board

A vehicle-grade antenna PCB with planar patch or printed dipole structures for in-cabin and roof-mounted RF modules. The dielectric is a controlled-Dk laminate so the antenna pattern radiates at the design frequency across the automotive temperature range, and copper geometry is etched to tight tolerance to keep VSWR and gain in spec. Plated through-holes form the ground via fence and feed-line transitions, and the assembly is sized to drop into the antenna housing of GNSS, V2X, 5G/4G, eCall, and SDARS modules. Typical uses are roof shark-fin antennas, telematics control units, V2X modules, in-cabin keyless-entry receivers, and satellite radio receivers where antenna performance has to hold under vibration, humidity, and full automotive temperature.
