
A 2-layer FR-4 PCB built for temperature and humidity recorder devices, with green solder mask, white silkscreen, lead-free HASL surface finish, and 105um (3oz) copper. A 3.20:1 board-thickness-to-aperture ratio is held during fabrication to support the through-hole layout. The thicker copper improves current handling and thermal spreading for the sensor and acquisition front-end, while the 2-layer construction keeps unit cost low for high-volume data-logger applications. The PCB carries the temperature and humidity sensing front end, signal conditioning, MCU, memory, and interface circuitry, delivering real-time readings in environments such as cold-chain logistics, greenhouses, laboratories, server rooms, and pharmaceutical storage.
