The thicker laminate provides the mechanical rigidity required for direct mounting onto motor housings and tolerating road-induced vibration over the vehicle service life, while two copper layers carry the three-phase inverter loop and gate-drive returns at controlled trace temperatures. MCL-E-75G holds dielectric and mechanical performance through under-hood thermal cycling and humidity.
