Steering Motor PCB

A 2-layer steering motor PCB on MCL-E-75G high-Tg laminate with 2.00 +0.20/-0.10mm thickness, dimensioned for the power and gate-drive section of electric power-steering (EPS) motor controllers. The thicker laminate provides the mechanical rigidity required for direct mounting onto motor housings and tolerating road-induced vibration over the vehicle service life, while two copper layers carry the three-phase inverter loop and gate-drive returns at controlled trace temperatures. MCL-E-75G holds dielectric and mechanical performance through under-hood thermal cycling and humidity. Typical applications include EPS column and rack motor drives, EV active-rear-wheel steering modules, brake-by-wire actuators, and electric pump motors in chassis and powertrain systems where short, low-loss commutation paths matter for steering feel and response.
