
A 6-layer PCB on S1000-2M FR-4, 1.6±0.16mm thick, finished with ENIG plus selective electrolytic gold plating at ≥1.5μm thickness on the high-wear contact pads. The board is designed for reverse-vending and material-sort recycling machines where deposit-tag readers, RFID antennas, weight sensors, and motor drivers all share one assembly that has to keep working through cyclic actuation, dust, and the wet residue of returned containers. The thick gold plating extends contact-pad life on connector and probe surfaces, while the 6-layer stack gives a quiet ground for the analog front-end and clean separation of the high-current motor-drive lines. Typical fits are bottle and can reverse-vending machines, e-waste material sorters, battery recycling sorters, scrap-metal recovery line controllers, and municipal waste handling equipment installed in retail and recycling-depot environments.
