A 2-layer PTFE-based PCB on GF260 high-frequency laminate at 0.8±0.15mm thickness, targeted at communication-grade RF applications. PTFE substrates deliver low dielectric loss and stable dielectric constant over a wide frequency range, which keeps insertion loss small and impedance predictable on transmission lines into the millimeter-wave region. The thin 0.8mm profile suits patch antennas, filters, couplers, and front-end RF modules where thickness directly affects radiation pattern and feedline impedance. Typical end uses include 5G base-station radio cards, satellite ground terminals, microwave point-to-point links, radar front-ends, and defense-grade communication transceivers. Two copper layers keep the design simple for stripline-to-microstrip transitions while leveraging PTFE's loss performance over conventional FR-4 stacks.
