New Energy Vehicle PCB

A 4-layer S1000H PCB at 1.6±0.16mm finished thickness, with a 0.30mm minimum mechanical drill and at least 18um hole-wall copper. S1000H gives the laminate the Tg, CTE, and CAF resistance needed for the under-hood and battery-pack environment of a new-energy vehicle, where the board sees deep thermal cycling, vibration, and humidity over a multi-year service life. The 18um hole-wall copper protects plated through-holes against the thermal-mechanical strain that drives via cracks, and the 4-layer stack supports clean separation between high-voltage power, low-voltage logic, and gate-drive signals. Typical applications include onboard chargers, DC/DC converter boards, BMS interface boards, traction inverter control sections, and energy-management modules across the EV powertrain.
