
A 4-layer EV charging pile PCB on S1000-2MB FR-4 with an embedded copper bar, 2.0±0.2mm thick, with inner-layer finished copper of at least 355μm. The board is engineered for the high-current power conversion stage of a DC fast charger or AC charging post, where the AC/DC and DC/DC stages move tens to hundreds of amps continuously and have to keep operating through wide temperature swings, repeated start-stop duty, and outdoor environmental cycling. The embedded copper bar plus thick inner copper give the lowest possible DC resistance through the conductor path, which directly cuts I²R loss and limits internal temperature rise of the cabinet. Typical fits are DC fast-charging pile main power boards, public AC charging post boards, V2G bidirectional charger boards, EV bus and truck charging stations, and energy-storage / charging integrated cabinets.
