Millimeter Wave Radar Board

An 8-layer hybrid PCB combining S1000-2M FR-4 with Rogers RO4350B and Rogers RO3003G2 at 1.1±0.11mm finished thickness, finished with OSP. RO3003G2 is a ceramic-filled PTFE laminate engineered for the 76-81GHz automotive radar band, with low and stable Dk and very low loss tangent at mmWave frequencies. RO4350B handles intermediate-frequency RF and acts as a transition material, while S1000-2M carries the digital baseband and power. The thin construction and OSP finish keep the antenna patch geometry tight and the conductor surface clean for low insertion loss. Sihui Fuji controls press tolerances and laser drill registration so the multi-material stack performs predictably across panels. Typical applications include automotive 77GHz radar, 5G mmWave subassemblies, telecom backhaul, robotics short-range sensors, and defense radar.
