An 8-layer PCB on S1000H high-Tg FR-4 laminate at 1.6±0.16mm thickness with OSP surface finish, designed for industrial test and inspection equipment. The 8-layer stackup integrates analog signal-conditioning channels, isolated 24V industrial supplies, real-time fieldbus interfaces such as PROFINET and EtherCAT, and FPGA-based deterministic timing logic on a single board. S1000H delivers stable thermal and CAF performance for 24/7 factory-floor operation. OSP provides a flat copper surface for fine-pitch SMT assembly while keeping cost low for medium-volume industrial production runs. Typical use cases include automated test equipment for component qualification, in-line measurement stations, semiconductor wafer probe interfaces, industrial vision controllers, and PLC-based functional test fixtures. Production requires controlled-impedance verification on differential bus lanes and AOI inspection of fine-line analog routing to maintain measurement accuracy across the operating temperature range.
