High-Reliability Circuit Board

A high-reliability printed circuit board built for applications where field failure is unacceptable: aerospace avionics, defense electronics, medical equipment, safety-critical automotive systems, and industrial control. Material selection, layer stack-up, copper weight, and via construction are chosen to maximize life under temperature cycling, mechanical shock, vibration, and humidity. The fabrication flow is held to IPC Class 3 or equivalent acceptance criteria with full traceability across imaging, drilling, plating, and lamination. Each panel and each board is subjected to higher-confidence test coverage including bare-board electrical test, micro-section verification, and thermal stress where required. The board is suitable for any program where mean-time-to-failure, certification compliance, and audit traceability matter more than unit cost, including airborne systems, military hardware, life-support equipment, and ADAS modules.
