A high-precision printed circuit board built around tight geometric tolerances: thin traces, small drilled holes, narrow line widths, and thin board thickness. The construction targets dense layouts where conventional PCB tolerances would prevent routing or yield. Process control across imaging, etching, drilling, and lamination is held tighter than on a standard board, giving smaller line/space ratios and tighter hole-to-pad registration that allow more components to fit into the same footprint without sacrificing electrical or mechanical reliability. The board is suitable for compact electronics in automotive, aerospace, medical, telecom, and instrumentation, where space is constrained and signal integrity matters. Customers specifying this board typically need fine-pitch SMT, small package BGAs, or via-in-pad designs that fall outside ordinary FR-4 manufacturing capability.
