Forklift Battery PCB

A 6-layer NP-155F PCB at 1.6±0.2mm finished thickness, designed for the battery-management electronics inside electric forklifts and other industrial materials-handling equipment. NP-155F is a mid-Tg laminate with stable behavior under the deep charge-discharge thermal cycling and continuous low-frequency vibration that warehouse forklift use produces. The 6-layer stack supports cell-monitoring channels, current sensing, isolated communication to the truck controller, and protection logic in a single module while keeping the high-current contactor drive isolated from the analog measurement chain. Typical applications include forklift BMS boards, AGV and AMR battery monitors, industrial backup-power packs, EV traction-pack monitors, and power-electronics auxiliary boards in heavy mobile equipment.
