A 2-layer Taconic TLX-7 PCB at 0.8±0.15mm finished thickness, with lead-free HASL finish. TLX-7 is a PTFE-glass laminate with low Dk and very low loss tangent in the microwave range, which keeps insertion loss flat and phase response predictable from a few hundred MHz into mmWave-adjacent bands. The thin construction and 2-layer stack are sized for compact RF building blocks where signal integrity matters more than layer count, and lead-free HASL keeps the assembly process compatible with standard reflow lines. Sihui Fuji controls etch tolerance, dielectric thickness, and copper roughness to keep the impedance and loss budget consistent across panels. Typical applications include telecom transceiver modules, 5G base-station auxiliaries, satellite communication subassemblies, defense radio links, and RF instrumentation.
