Center Console Touch PCB

A 2-layer center console PCB on KB-6165F high-Tg laminate at 1.0±0.10mm thickness, finished with electrolytic gold plating and carbon oil printing. Carbon oil forms low-cost capacitive touch contacts and conductive jumpers for membrane keypads, dome arrays, and resistive touch zones used in vehicle center-stack controls, climate panels, and infotainment side keys. Electrolytic gold provides hard, wear-resistant surfaces on key pads that endure tens of thousands of press cycles. KB-6165F handles automotive temperature swings and humidity exposure typical of cabin environments. Typical use cases include automotive HVAC control panels, audio head-unit keypads, gear-shift selector boards, and aftermarket dashboard interfaces. The thin 1.0mm form factor allows the board to integrate behind decorative trim with minimal Z-axis intrusion. Production requires carbon ink screen-print registration, precise selective gold plating, and full ICT plus functional press testing.
