Beauty Instrument Board

A multilayer PCB built for handheld and tabletop beauty and personal-care devices that combine LED light sources, microcurrent or RF skin-treatment circuits, capacitive touch input, and a rechargeable battery. The board carries the analog driver stages for current and frequency control, the digital control loop, and the user interface in a single compact footprint, with isolation between the high-voltage RF section and the low-voltage logic. Sihui Fuji tunes the stackup, copper distribution, and surface finish to the customer's specific topology so the same fab can support LED masks, microcurrent wands, RF skin tighteners, and ultrasonic devices without redesign. Typical applications include medical-aesthetic instruments, consumer beauty appliances, wearable skin-care devices, LED therapy products, and smart-home personal-care nodes.
