Automotive Sensor PCB

A 6-layer automotive sensor PCB built on S1000H high-Tg laminate, with 1.6±0.16mm board thickness and Sn-Ni-Cu surface finish suited for repeated solder reflow and long-term contact reliability. The multilayer stack carries the high-density routing required by integrated sensor front-ends, signal conditioning circuits, and microcontroller links inside vehicle electronic control units. Typical deployments cover engine management, transmission position sensing, ABS wheel-speed inputs, oxygen and pressure sensor modules, and battery monitoring units in EV platforms. The S1000H base offers stable dielectric performance under under-hood thermal cycling, while the Sn-Ni-Cu finish resists corrosion and supports both wave and selective soldering on automated lines. Tight thickness control on a 6-layer stack provides the impedance consistency needed for analog sensor signals routed alongside switching power planes.
