A printed circuit board built for automotive electronics, configurable across substrate, layer count, copper weight, and surface finish to fit ECU, sensor, infotainment, body control, and powertrain applications. The board is built to AEC-related quality expectations with tight process control, IPC Class 2 or 3 acceptance criteria as required, and traceability through the manufacturing flow. Material selection targets extended temperature operation, vibration tolerance, and humidity resistance characteristic of underhood, cabin, and exterior locations. Layer stack-up is chosen for the data rates and current loads of the target ECU, with controlled impedance where CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet, or radar interconnect is involved. Typical uses include sedans, SUVs, light trucks, commercial vehicles, EV powertrain control, ADAS modules, lighting controllers, and battery management systems.
