A 6-layer hybrid stackup using S1000-2M for digital and power layers and Rogers RO4350B for the RF section, with blind-via construction at 1.1±0.15mm finished thickness and immersion tin finish. The RO4350B layers preserve insertion loss and stable Dk for the telemetry, command, and video links a spraying drone needs to keep over a working field, while the S1000-2M layers carry flight-control and motor-driver routing at predictable cost. Blind vias free routing space inside the multilayer stack to support a dense BGA microcontroller and RF front end on a small flight-control footprint. Typical applications include agricultural drone flight controllers, robotics control boards, aerospace telemetry modules, industrial telecom links, and IoT field nodes that combine digital control with sub-6GHz radio.
