1.4m Long Size Board

A long-format PCB up to 1.4 meters in length, made on a panel and exposure line that supports oversize manufacturing in a single piece rather than splicing multiple shorter boards together. Single-piece construction removes the connectors and solder joints that would otherwise sit between sub-boards, which lifts reliability and signal integrity over the full length. Achieving this size requires controlled lamination, registration across stitched exposures, careful copper-balance to prevent bow and twist, and electrical test fixtures sized for the full board. Typical uses are LED lighting strips and fixtures, large-format display backlights, server chassis backplanes, telecom rack assemblies, and sensor strips for industrial conveyors and energy infrastructure where the board has to span the full length of the host structure.
