A long-format PCB up to 1.24 meters in length, manufactured as a single panel rather than as spliced sub-boards. The single-piece build removes the inter-board connectors that would otherwise add cost, height, and reliability risk over a long run. Production requires stitched exposure with sub-100um registration across the seams, balanced copper distribution to prevent bow and twist on a slim long board, and full-length flying-probe or fixtured testing. Build options include solder mask color change along the length, mixed surface finish per zone, and edge-routed mounting tabs. Typical uses are linear LED luminaires and shelf-edge displays, telecom and server backplane sticks, industrial sensor and PLC backplanes, and long sensor strips for production lines, conveyors, and energy installations.
