What PCB capabilities does FQC have?

FQC manufactures rigid PCBs up to 100 layers, with 5th-order any-layer HDI capability up to 16 layers. Materials cover high-frequency Rogers and Megtron laminates, heavy copper from 1 oz to 15 oz, and fine-pitch designs adjacent to IC substrate territory.

Is FQC certified for automotive PCB?

Yes. FQC holds IATF 16949 for automotive, plus ISO 13485 for medical devices and QC080000 for hazardous substance management — a triple-certification rare among Southeast Asian PCB manufacturers.

FQC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sihui Fushi Electronics (Shenzhen Stock Exchange: 300852), a publicly-listed Chinese PCB manufacturer.

Can FQC make 800G optical module PCB?

Yes. FQC was customer-qualified for 800G optical module PCB in October 2024 and is shipping in small-batch production. The 1.6T variant has also passed customer certification.
