Long-strip flex boards enable single-piece interconnect across large equipment, eliminating splice points and connector breaks that would otherwise be required between multiple shorter boards. Typical applications include linear LED lighting bars for industrial fixtures, long-rail position-sensor flex strips, automotive sunroof and door wiring runs, factory conveyor sensor lines, and instrumentation cable replacements. Manufacturing this length requires panel handling fixtures sized for the long format, controlled imaging across the entire length, and registration accuracy that maintains drill-to-pad alignment from one end of the strip to the other.
