The rigid section is 1.25±0.15mm thick and the flex section is 0.16±0.05mm thick, providing dense multilayer routing in the rigid zones while the thin flex bridge folds inside enclosed cabinets to connect motor drivers, I/O cards, and power stages without harnesses.
