Electronic Door Switch PCB

A 6-layer semi-flex PCB with 1-stage HDI, built on S1000H rigid material combined with SB170GB semi-flex laminate at 1.0±0.1mm total thickness. Designed for electronic door-switch assemblies, the semi-flex zone allows the board to be bent once during installation to fit door frames, latch housings, and keyless-entry modules without the cost of a full polyimide rigid-flex stack-up. HDI build-up provides routing density for fingerprint controllers, RFID front-ends, capacitive touch ICs, and BLE/UWB radios in a single compact form factor. Typical deployments include smart-lock modules, hotel access controllers, automotive door handles with proximity sensing, and intercom panels. Manufacturing involves controlled-depth routing of the semi-flex zone after lamination so that the board can hold a 90-degree bend permanently without delamination.
