So how to achieve effective feedback?

The real effective feedback is to explain to the leaders with the solutions and the results of the investigation. Simply taking feedback with phenomena or problems will become a complaint. Complaining doesn't do anything except vent emotion, and it will give people an unprofessional impression if it is put into work.

Why should we find the reasons or countermeasures after the investigation to feedback?
